Amethyst Recovery Center is one of South Florida’s most trusted drug and alcohol recovery centers. When they came to Buzzbait, they had an old website that:
- had an outdated design,
- was not very user friendly,
- had glitches and inconsistencies from years of many people making changes.
Although much of the content on the website was great, it was clear that the overall look and layout of the website needed an upgrade. The client wanted a design that would stand out from their competition and match the advanced treatment provided at their facilities.
Starting with a fresh WordPress install, we carried over the content and plugins that were needed and left behind bulky coding and many unused features. We gave them a modern and edgy design using sharp boxes and branded imagery of their facilities. We created a new content flow and internal link structure that is both beneficial to SEO efforts and logical for the user experience. We carried over and cleaned up all of the content from the old website, added some additional content where applicable.
This redesign project was a large undertaking, but was completed and launched in just a few short months.
